Anjali Patil began her own arts consulting practice after working for 15 years in the arts and culture sector at the Department of Canadian Heritage, Government of Canada, U.A.E. Government and leading Aroha Fine Arts as Artistic Director since 2005. She has toured internationally as a performer and is regularly invited to participate in grant funding committees at the City of Ottawa, Ontario Arts Council and Canada Council for the Arts. Her background and skills bring together a unique blend of organizational leadership, production experience, creative innovation, and business acumen.
Anjali’s experience includes work with large performing arts institutions, service organizations, and foundations as well as smaller institutions, individual artists, and festivals. She particularly excels in areas of organizational leadership and vision, crisis strategies, governance, and non-profit management. Anjali holds a B.Comm (Hons) from the University of Ottawa and a MA in Public Administration from Carleton University.
